Koncina Brisbon, 30, allegedly approached the male guest around 3:15 a.m. on May 19, engaging in flirtation before reportedly spiking his drink. The victim later booked a second room, where he was found fully clothed and disoriented by his wife and hotel security.
Police identified Brisbon through surveillance footage and arrested her on November 8, charging her with burglary and theft over $100,000. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), Brisbon is a known "trick roller" - someone who steals valuables from potential clients.
Between 2021 and 2024, Brisbon accumulated 16 arrests for various charges including prostitution, trespassing, soliciting, and grand larceny. She faces separate charges for similar Rolex thefts, having pleaded not guilty on September 18, with a trial scheduled for April 28, 2025.
The LVMPD reports multiple cases involving Brisbon following a similar pattern: meeting men at bars, sharing drinks, accompanying them to hotel rooms, and stealing valuable items while victims are unconscious.
