Ex-Cleveland Casino Poker Dealer Charged with Multiple Gaming Violations and Theft
A former poker dealer at JACK Cleveland Casino faces criminal charges for allegedly stealing chips from gaming tables. Jason Saliba, 51, has been charged with 14 counts of violating casino gaming laws and theft, with the total amount stolen estimated to be under $1,000.
The theft was discovered after a casino patron reported suspicious activity on September 6. Surveillance footage review led to Saliba's termination on September 7, with investigators noting multiple thefts occurred within a one-month period.

In a separate incident at the same casino, Ellis Quinn, 62, from Memphis, was arrested for allegedly cheating at craps in July. Quinn reportedly won $5,080 by placing additional bets after dice rolls. He had previously been banned from casinos in Ohio and Pennsylvania due to prior cheating convictions.
Additionally, Hard Rock Casino Rockford in Illinois reported a robbery in their parking lot on Thursday. A female victim's purse containing cash was stolen, though no injuries were reported and no weapons were involved. Casino security and local police are reviewing surveillance footage to identify the suspect.
