Xfinity Live!, Philadelphia's premier entertainment destination in the Stadium District, has announced a $15 million expansion project, its first major upgrade since opening in 2012.

The venue, strategically located between Citizen Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field, and Wells Fargo Center, is a joint venture between Comcast and The Cordish Companies.

The expansion plans include:

• A new two-story building featuring an upscale rooftop venue called AVA
• An open-air beer garden
• Expanded PBR Cowboy Bar
• Enhanced turf area for special events
• Dedicated food truck space
• State-of-the-art audio-visual systems and LED screens
• New community-focused artwork installations

The project aims to strengthen Xfinity Live!'s position as the heart of Philadelphia's Stadium District, complementing the nearby Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, which opened in 2021 as part of Cordish's $700 million investment in the area.

Live! Casino Philadelphia's 2023 Performance:

• Slot revenue: $136.9 million (8th among 17 PA properties)
• Table games revenue: $108.4 million (3rd in PA)
• Total Pennsylvania gaming revenue (including Live! Pittsburgh): $368.7 million
• Additional $40 million from iGaming operations

Blake Cordish, principal of The Cordish Companies, emphasized their commitment to South Philadelphia, stating the investment will create an unparalleled experience for guests and fans while maintaining the venue's status as a premier entertainment destination.
