Oldham was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries following the incident. Police reported the vehicle was traveling at high speed before the crash.

Court records reveal Oldham has a history of mental health issues, including diagnosed psychosis. A recent probation report indicated he had stopped taking prescribed medication and expressed paranoid beliefs about people trying to kill him. Despite recommendations, he refused hospital treatment.

The suspect was previously convicted of possession of child pornography in 2011 in Kentucky, serving 78 months in prison followed by probation. During a November 8 search, authorities found him in possession of prohibited weapons, including knives and a stun gun.

The crash caused over $50,000 in damage to the casino complex and triggered significant water leakage. Emergency responders quickly evacuated the area, and the vehicle was removed within nine hours. No other injuries were reported.

The casino and garage have since reopened following the investigation. Oldham is charged with criminal recklessness and criminal mischief.
